DELIVERY:

1. When will I receive my order?

Orders can be received the Next working delivery if you order before 12pm (between Monday to Thursday).

If delivery option 3 - 5 working days is selected then your order will be received in 3 - 5 working days.

2. How long does it take for orders to be dispatched from the warehouse?

This depends on the delivery option chosen.  

3. What are the delivery options and how much do they cost?

K Next Day (24 hours) - £7.97

UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £4.00

Rest of the World - £25 (subject to change depending on order total)

UK Free Delivery for orders over £60 (3-5 working days)

4. Do you Delivery for the rest of the world?

Yes we defiantly do!

ORDERS:

5. How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent once order has been dispatched to the email provided on the account.

6. Can I amend my order once complete?

This is possible of an email is sent to hello@gobycaprice.com with in an hour of original order... original order must be attached alongside desired change. An email will be sent to you confirming the change has been acknowledged. By Caprice will not be liable if an acknowledgment email is not sent to customer and original order will be sent. 

7. How do I cancel my order?

An email needs to be sent to hello@gobycaprice.com . Then a confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the  email on the account of the order.

However you cannot cancel the order once it has been dispatched from the warehouse

8. How do I return my order? Can I track it?

All returns must be sent via Royal Mail, no other courier service is accepted.

It must be sent to BCPL, P.O Box 58063 London W10 9BX .

The customer is fully responsible for their own return.

We don't accept lingerie returns on bikini bottoms, swimsuits, thongs, briefs, bodies or brazilian knickers Bedding can be returned in original packaging.

We offer exchanges on certain lingerie items only - Bras, Bralettes and Bikini Tops. 

We offer a full refund on all By Caprice Home products if the product is returned within 14 days of purchase and comes with the original documents and in the original packaging. 

By Caprice does NOT take responsibility for lost or stolen returns.

We recommend that customers obtain proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items that do not reach us. 

Postal charges of returns are at the cost of the customer. 

REFUND:

9. How much time do I have to return my order?

You have up to 14 days to return or exchange your order.

10. Will you refund my delivery cost?

No, the delivery charges are at the cost of the customer.

11. How/When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 5-10 working days of receiving your parcel back.

12. Can I exchange items?

If items are not faulty an exchange can be given.

13. I’ve been refunded the wrong amount, what do I do?

Please email hello@gobycaprice.com with proof of the amount refunded and the correct amount will be refunded.

ACCOUNT:

15. I have forgotten my password what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, don’t panic. When logging in, click on ‘Lost your password’ and follow the instructions from there.

16. Can I close my account?

unfortunately not 

17. How do I change the details on my account?

When logged into your account go into ‘My Account’ which you will then be able to see all your orders and change your details.
